What to do with the problem that Criicut cannot recognize the marks?

1. Check your printer setting

Make sure NOT to use the ‘Plain Paper’ type to print.Try printing with ‘Standard’ or ‘High/Best’ quality. 2. Please try the following methods

Use a black mark to redraw the cutting sensor lines to make it darker.Close the top lid of the cutting machines.Close the light in your room or move the machine to another place without too much direct sunlight.Hold up the cutting mat to make it flat without bending when the Criicut is scanning the lines.

This sticker paper is NOT compatible with pigment ink which will result in the print smearing. Make sure to use dye ink to print. Or you can try printing with the ‘Photo Paper’ setting. Do NOT spray clear coating on this holographic sticker paper.
