OEM Replacement Part [Display Adhesive Strip] used in Repair and Maintenance while replacing any part like Battery or Back Cover [Housing] or Display or any other form of Repair or Replacement of any part that involves the separation of the Display Module from the Rear Housing or Back Cover.
It holds the Display Module and the Rear Housing unit very tightly which prevents Dust, Dirt, and Liquid (mainly Water) from damaging the internal components of the iPhone.
The Quality is the same as the Original, however, the water-resistant feature of the iPhone cannot be guaranteed once the iPhone has been opened because it depends on other factors like how it is applied, how much pressure is applied, and at what temperature.

Please Note:
1. For iPhone models 6, 6 Plus, 6S, 6S Plus,7, 7 Plus, 8, and 8 Plus there are two border colors: Black and White, if the Color of the Border of the Display is White, then go for White, if Black then goes for Black. For iPhone X to 15 (all models), there is only one variant i.e., Black.
2. Do clean the edges thoroughly with tweezers and isopropyl alcohol and sure no residue is left over before applying the Display Adhesive Strip.
3. The iPhone user needs to be extra careful once the iPhone is opened for repair, especially from water damage.
