It is recommended to print Flipkat PDF label from the computer, or directly through Flipkat QZ Cloud).
Note 2: If garbled characters are printed or a paper jam is displayed, it means that the printing mode setting is incorrect. Please follow section Q3 of the paper installation guide FAQ to correctly set the printing mode. EZD is label mode (printing thermal labels with gap), and ESC is receipt mode (printing continuous receipts without gap). You can also contact our after-sales support for assistance with the settings.
