Aerol Non-Melt Compound, Grade 3332-2 is a high-performance mineral oil-based grease, containing molybdenum disulfide, designed for plain and anti-friction bearings, metal to metal contacting substrates involving slow to medium fast movements and light to heavy loaded conditions, particularly at high temperatures.
Can withstand extreme heat without melting or dripping. Can withstand extreme loads and shock loads.
Excellent wear and water wash-out resistance. Designed for lubrication of machine elements, plain and anti-friction bearings operating under high temperatures. Eg. Conveyor bearings, Oven Chains, etc
Serviceable temperature -20 to 180°C.Contains solid lubricant that can withstand up to 480°C even after grease drying up.
Applications : Suitable for kiln ovens castors, oven bearings, high temperature exhaust fan bearings /blower, soot blower bearings and oven damper controls, furnace door hinges.
Other Applications : Bakery equipment/ovens, textile dyeing machines and calender roll bearings, bearings operating in annealing furnaces.
